My Story
I’ve always listened for what lives underneath
Hi, I’m Rita Vaughn, founder of Love To Change My Health.
My path into this work did not begin with a business plan. It began with curiosity, life experience, and a deep desire to understand why people feel the way they feel. (Physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.)
For as long as I can remember, I have noticed patterns.
The things people say.
The things they don’t say.
The way stress shows up in the body.
The way life experiences shape how people see themselves.
The way the body often whispers long before it shouts.
That way of listening has shaped my whole life.
My life has had many chapters
Before Love To Change My Health, I lived many chapters.
I became an entrepreneur early in life. I worked hard, built businesses, served people, listened to their stories, and learned how much people simply want to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Those years taught me how to listen.
How to notice.
How to support people without forcing them.
How to see the person beneath the problem.
My own health journey changed everything
Later, my own health journey led me into deeper research.
I experienced what it feels like to search for answers, to feel overwhelmed by information, and to know that something is going on in the body even when the full picture is hard to see.
That season changed me.
It taught me that the body is more than a machine.
The body communicates.
It carries stress, emotion, memory, wisdom, and intelligence. It responds to environment, relationships, beliefs, nourishment, energy, and the nervous system.
Frequency gave me another way to listen
Over the years, I explored many paths of healing, personal growth, Religions, spiritual studies, meditation, energy practices, integrative health and wellness, nervous system awareness, biofeedback, and frequency-based wellness.
Frequency work stayed with me because it gave me another way to listen.
Not as a replacement for the body’s wisdom.
As another form of feedback.
Another lens.
Another way to explore what may be asking for attention.
Why I created
Love To Change My Health
Today, Love To Change My Health brings these pieces together.
My work is rooted in the belief that you are not powerless and that healing does not come from outside of you.
Your body is the healer.
Your body holds wisdom.
Your experience matters.
My role is to listen deeply, reflect patterns, offer supportive tools, and help you reconnect with your own capacity to heal, change, and grow.
What it feels like to work with me
In sessions, we may use biofeedback, frequency-based wellness tools, nervous system support, intuitive insight, and practical conversation.
But the heart of the work is simple:
We slow down.
We listen differently.
We explore what your body may be communicating.
We look for patterns that may have been missed.
We open space for new possibilities.
Many people come to this work because they feel stuck, tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. They may have tried many things and still feel like something is missing.
My hope is that when people work with me, they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I want people to leave feeling more connected to themselves, more aware of their body’s wisdom, and more confident in their next step.

Mission
To help people reconnect with themselves.
Many people have spent years searching for answers, feeling unheard, disconnected from their bodies, or uncertain about what to do next.
Through education, frequency awareness, biofeedback, and compassionate guidance, I help people slow down, listen differently, and build a deeper relationship with themselves.
My role is not to tell people what is wrong with them.
My role is to help them recognize their own wisdom, trust what they are experiencing, and take empowered steps toward greater balance, vitality, and well-being.
